On Sept. 27-29th 2016, SafeRoads's 8th "EasyDrift Driving Control - Advanced Driving Skills Trainer Course"
was held in DongGuan city, GuangDong province. A total of 12 trainer students from HeNan province,
GuangDong province, HongKong and Vietnam attended the course, and they are either
professional race driver or drift driver, or boss of driving schools. They have to pass tests
to get certification after 3 days of training. Tests included donut drifting, figure 8 drifting,
drift into parking slot, and starting from this time, a written test to ensure they have
knowledge of theories besides actual driving skills. Finally only 5 of them passed all tests,
so it's not easy to become a certificated EasyDrift trainer. |

Alex, from France, the inventor of EasyDrift rings, the holder of Guinness fastest FWD car
drifting record (230.26km/h) came to the training course and made it exceptional.
He demonstrated extreme performance of EasyDrift rings and skill level of a drift master.
The main purpose of his visit was to investigate the EasyDrift training system in China,
and evaluate whether these should be included by EasyDrift Academy Internationel of France.
After the 3-day course, Alex was satisfied by the content design and hardwares of the Chinese
training system, and hopefully the Chinese system will soon be a part of the international system. |

After the course, Alex and another drift master demonstrated a competition between FWD drifting
and convensional RWD drifting. During the course there were sections of kart race and car drag racing.
Alex also designed a Gymkhana drift track, as a reference for trainer students. |
